1. Introduction
Welcome to Kotofi (“Kotofi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:
The Kotofi website and dashboard
The Kotofi browser extension
Any other products or services we provide (together, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Kotofi.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to use Kotofi.
You are responsible for making sure that using Kotofi is legal where you live.
By using the Services, you confirm that you are not restricted by any sanctions, laws, or regulations from using them.
3. Accounts and Security
To use Kotofi, you may connect your X (Twitter) account and, optionally, a crypto wallet.
You are responsible for keeping your devices, accounts, and wallet secure.
We will never ask for your wallet private keys or seed phrase. Never share them with anyone.
4. What Kotofi Does (High Level)
Kotofi:
Lets you earn rewards for discovering and creating impactful crypto content on X
Helps projects run YAP campaigns by locking reward pools and distributing rewards
Measures mindshare to understand which posts and creators truly move the conversation.
We do not guarantee any minimum earnings, any token price, or any outcome from using the Services.
5. Rewards and Campaigns
Rewards on Kotofi (including points, tokens, or any other form of value) are not guaranteed and may change or stop at any time.
Campaigns are funded by projects, not by Kotofi. We are not responsible if a project fails or loses value.
We may adjust how rewards are calculated, distributed, or displayed, including changing or cancelling reward programs.
Nothing in Kotofi is investment advice, financial advice, or a promise of future profits.
6. Your Responsibilities
When using Kotofi, you agree that you will not:
Use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to fake activity or engagement
Create multiple accounts or identities to game the system
Post or promote content that is illegal, hateful, abusive, or harmful
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse‑engineer the Services
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate other people or projects.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access if we believe you are abusing or harming the platform, other users, or campaigns.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
You keep ownership of any content you create and post on X.
By using Kotofi, you allow us to read and analyze public content you view or create on X in order to operate the Services (for example, to calculate mindshare and rewards).
Kotofi’s own brand, logo, design, and code are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use them without permission.
8. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
Nothing on Kotofi should be seen as:
Financial advice
Investment advice
Legal or tax advice.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions, including whether to join campaigns, trade tokens, or pay any taxes that may apply to your rewards.
9. Third‑Party Services
Kotofi interacts with third‑party services and networks, including:
X (Twitter)
Solana, Raydium, and other blockchain tools
Wallet providers and browser platforms.
We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, security, rules, or actions.
10. Changes to the Services
We may change, pause, or stop parts of the Services at any time, including:
Adding or removing features
Changing reward structures
Updating eligibility rules
Changing supported networks or tools.
Where reasonable, we will try to communicate important changes in advance.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non‑infringement
Availability or reliability
Accuracy of any metrics, scores, or rewards.
You use Kotofi at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
Kotofi and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or reputation.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will be limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 3 months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is lower.
Some countries do not allow certain limitations; in those places, this clause applies only to the extent allowed by law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including if:
You break these Terms
You attempt to abuse or manipulate the system
We are required to do so by law or regulation.
On termination, you may lose access to your account, rewards dashboard, and other data.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, if the change is significant, we may provide additional notice.If you continue to use Kotofi after changes take effect, you agree to the new Terms.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
